Yes. For Tanjore work, you choose between genuine 22K gold foil or gold-tone foil at order time, applied over traditional chalk-gesso relief on wood.

We paint on canvas, wood, fabric and silk, cloth and sarees, floors, pots and glass, using acrylics and other paints suited to each surface. Fine line work is executed using fine bamboo nibs and fine-tip brushes.

Yes. Every original ships with a printed Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Jyotsna Sharma, with a certificate number, title, medium, surface, and size. Copyright stays with the artist.

Anjori Arts operates as an online studio based in Puducherry, India. Because our artist works in a focused workshop setting, we do not host walk-in visits. However, we provide high-resolution photos, videos, and personalized WhatsApp consultations to help you select your artwork.

It depends on the piece and size. Where framing is available, the product page shows it as an option with its extra price. Where it isn't offered online, the artwork ships unframed. If you'd like framing for a size that isn't listed, message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll see what we can do.

In-stock artworks are prepared, inspected, and dispatched within 4–5 business days. Transit delivery takes 4–7 business days post-dispatch depending on your delivery location. If you have an urgent date (such as a birthday, anniversary, or housewarming), please contact us beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate it.

The timeline depends on the complexity, detail, and surface drying time, so it is confirmed in your quotation. Delivery takes an additional 4–7 business days after dispatch.

All pan-India orders of ₹1,999 and above enjoy complimentary free delivery. For orders below ₹1,999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.

We ship with India Post and Shiprocket to deliver, fully tracked, door-to-door across India.

Not currently. We deliver within India only. For orders outside India, please contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will let you know if this changes.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, we refund the full amount you paid. That's a 100% refund. To report it, send us photos of the parcel and the artwork, or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 80519 60916) or email. A video is recommended, but not required.

Generic, catalog ready-to-ship paintings and handcrafted earrings can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the artwork is unused, in original condition, and packed securely in its original packaging. The customer bears the return courier charge. If you return an artwork that arrived in good condition, or ask us to stop one that has already shipped and it comes back to us, we refund the amount you paid less what we spent sending it to you (the outbound shipping) and the payment processing cost Razorpay keeps on every payment. Cancelling before dispatch, and any transit damage reported as described here, is refunded in full.

Custom-dimension paintings and personalized creations are made specifically to your specifications. We provide milestone preview photos for your review and approval before final varnishing. Once approved and dispatched, custom orders are non-returnable, except for transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery, which is fully refunded.

Ready-stock orders can be cancelled at no charge before dispatch: choose "Request cancellation" on your order or receipt, and we will confirm by email. Once shipped, choose "Request to stop delivery" instead; we will try to stop it with the courier, but this cannot be guaranteed. Custom Orders take a 50% deposit. If a Custom Order is cancelled after you have paid, we refund what you paid less the payment processing cost Razorpay keeps on every payment. If work has already started, we also keep, from the deposit only, what covers materials already bought and work already done, and tell you what it covered. Any balance you paid is refunded less only its processing cost. If you ask us to stop a Custom Order that has already shipped and it comes back to us, we also keep what we spent sending it to you. Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method: UPI — Instant to 24–48 business hours; Cards (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay) — 3 to 5 banking working days; NetBanking / Wallets — 2 to 4 banking working days.

All online payments are processed via Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption and full RBI compliance. You choose your payment method inside Razorpay's checkout. We never store your card or bank credentials.

Because authentic handmade artwork and custom orders involve custom dimensions, delicate packaging, and high transit value, we do not support COD. If it arrives damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we refund the full amount you paid.

Anjori Arts is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
