Our Plain English Privacy Guarantee
We never sell, rent, or trade your phone number, email address, or shipping location to third-party advertisers. Your information is used strictly to deliver your artwork, send order updates, send one welcome email when you create an account, and provide personalized custom order support. We do not send promotional emails.
1. Information We Collect
When you purchase art, submit a custom inquiry, or reach out to us, we collect:
- Contact details: Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number.
- Delivery details: Shipping street address, city, state, postal pincode.
- Custom order references: Photos, wall dimensions, design sketches uploaded for custom paintings.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, and browser preferences to ensure fast page loads and smooth layout responsiveness.
2. Payment Data Security (Razorpay)
All monetary transactions on Anjori Arts are processed via Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption adhering to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
Anjori Arts does not see, capture, or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.
3. Courier & Logistics Partners
We share only essential delivery information (recipient name, destination address, and contact number) with our courier partners (India Post and Shiprocket) solely to deliver your order and provide tracking updates.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to learn which pages help visitors find our work. It sets cookies and is loaded only if you accept in the cookie notice; if you decline, nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure page performance without cookies or personal identifiers.
5. Who We Share Data With
We use the following service providers to run Anjori Arts. Some of them process data outside India; each transfer is limited to what that service needs to do its job.

7. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you can:

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Request erasure of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, such as for Google Analytics.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, who will respond within the timelines below.
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are unsatisfied with our response.
8. Data Breach Notice & Eligibility
If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order or submit your personal data to us.
9. Grievance Officer & Redressal
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or ask for the deletion of your account or address history from our records at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer.
